Route 210: Wiegalm

Starting from the tourist office in Brixen im Thale, we ride to the Erlensee fish pond, from where we continue on the Brixental cycle path No. 21 to the district of Winkl. From here, MTB route 210 begins, which follows the Brixen stream up to the Wiegalm. Passing the turnoff to the Brixenbachalm snack station, the path is initially still relatively easy to manage. Partly in the shade of trees, partly exposed to the sun, the gravelly path then winds up to the Wiegalm snack station. Here we can refuel for the descent via route 257 or the very challenging Wiegalm singletrail with a traditional meal. Along alpine meadows (route 257) or through steep forest terrain, we finally descend to Kirchberg. From here, the Brixental cycle path leads us back to Brixen im Thale.
