Rennrad-Transalp Wolfratshausen - Riva del Garda

The Transalp planned from June 30, 2013 to July 7, 2013, including Kühtai, Stelvio, Umbrail, Mendelpass, Lavazze, and Monte Bondone, has about 16,000 meters of elevation gain. We plan to ride about 110 km per day, with a half rest day in the middle and time to relax at Lake Garda. It is partially based on the book Transalp by road bike from Bruckmann Verlag, which I recommend.

We are four people traveling together and are lucky to have a very nice lady accompanying us in a car with our luggage, so we don’t have to carry anything, which for me means 60 kg Me + 7.5 kg Centurion Gigadrive. We roll and climb on 1x Centurion Gigadrive Carbon, 1x Centurion Hyperdrive, 1x Merida Carbon, and 1x Cielo for the steel faction alongside carbon and aluminum.
