Main-Radweg: Etappe 8: Freudenberg-Aschaffenburg

The stage begins in Freudenberg, goes via Miltenberg and ends in Aschaffenburg.

Shortly after Freudenberg, you reach Miltenberg. The heart of this half-timbered town in the Franconian red wine region beats at the marketplace. Through the "Schnatterloch" you can also get up to Mildenburg, where there is an interesting art collection to admire. After a few kilometers on mostly flat terrain, you reach Klingenberg. Here, a viewing platform offers the opportunity to overlook the Main valley and the vineyards. The stage ends in the Spessart metropolis of Aschaffenburg. Here, many attractions stand out, like the Johannisburg Castle, the old town, and beautiful churches.
