Die letzte Etappe startet in Frankfurt, geht über Höchst, Kelsterbach und endet in Mainz.

  Kaum zehn Kilometer entfernt von Frankfurt liegt die Stadt Höchst, die als Festung von den Mainzer Fürstbischöfen gegen das große Frankfurt erbaut wurde. Viele Türme sind noch erhalten geblieben und sichtbar. Danach folgt der Weinort Flörsheim und Rüsselsheim, die sich stark auf Automobilbau konzentriert hat. Die Etappe endet in der rheinland-pfälzischen Stadt Landeshauptstadt Mainz. Aus den zahlriechen Bauwerken der Romantik und Gotik sticht besonders der Kaiserdom hervor.
