Von Eitorf über die L86 ab Mühleip nimmt die Steigung zu und kurz vor den 'Vierwinden' kommt man gut ins Schwitzen. Dann über die B8 (flach bis wellig) Richtung Westen bis Uckerath. Dort rechts ab nach Süchterscheid und hinab ins Siegtal bei Bach.

Über die Sieg hinweg und den letzten nennenswerten Anstieg hinauf nach Merten nehmen. Über Lützgenauel und Bouraulel kommt man zurück nach Eitorf.
