TRAINING FOR DESAFIO 2014
To participate in an endurance competition like the INTERNATIONAL CYCLING CHALLENGE, you need endurance on the bike, that is, the ability to pedal for over 5 hours. In other words, you need a large volume of time spent riding. The TRAINING aims for this. Over 4 months, we will help you gradually build this endurance. All this with full mechanical and nutritional support infrastructure. You just have to pedal and have fun, with full safety.
Throughout the week, you will train speed, strength, and power.
So, do not miss this opportunity to gain endurance and have fun safely at the same time.
We will also bring in specialists in: sports nutrition, hydration, and cycling training, so you arrive fully prepared for DESAFIO 2014.
