San Pietro

It is not a long route and it does not have a particularly challenging elevation gain... it is a loop created to be able to do two very fun descents with different characteristics... starting from the church of St Peter (hamlet of Andora) you climb along a dirt road until you reach the asphalt where you continue to the left; after two hairpin turns, 500m later there is a steep dirt path on the left... at the foot of the power line tower begins the first descent... it is a demanding descent due to the very rough and rocky ground in the first part and added to this is a very steep slope in the second... at the end of the descent you turn left onto a trail and then a road by which you reach the previously done climb... this time you do not climb up to the asphalt, but turn right at the first fork you meet after a hairpin turn (long after having passed under the highway... at the top begins the second descent... very smooth and winding on a ridge (like the previous one, by the way!)... at some point begins a 'prepared' section with jumps, all avoidable... you return to the church
