Percorso panoramico con partenza dalla rotonda di S. Pietro, si prende la salita in direzione di Metta e dopo pochi metri si svolta a dx dove inizia uno sterrato che ci porterà sul p. Balaiè, da qui si prosegue in direzione del campo sportivo di Laigueglia e quindi per Colla Micheri da dove, dopo aver passato il centro abitato, si scende in direzione di Mezzacqua, alla fine del sentiero si raggiunge uno spiazzo da dove alla nostra dx si intravede il sentiero che ci porterà verso castello. gli ultimi 3.5 km per raggiungere la rotonda di metta sono su asfalto.Percorso non lunghissimo e scorrevole.
