Trasa začíná V Třinci na síldlišti Nová Sosna. Asfaltovou cestou pokračujete směrem na obec Vendryně, posléze stoupáte na SV. Po čase se napojíte na starou zpevněnou vojenskou cestu, po které pokračujete až do obce Nýdek. Posléze pokračuje klesání až do obce Bystřice. Trase končí v Třinci na Sosoně.
