Start/Finish: Werdum Parking in front of the gymnasium / Gastriege 7.8 kilometers

Walking amidst nature, surrounded by fresh air and wide fields - that is Ostfriesland. You walk around the small district of Nordwerdum, which fits harmoniously into the beautiful landscape. Perhaps you will see a few black and white cows or other animals that play in the shade of old trees. No stress, no rush, just the wide horizon, healthy air, and pure nature. Do something for yourself and your soul. From the starting point, you turn right after about 50 m to explore the first meters of the village of Werdum. After 100 m, keep right again and follow the signage. After 700 m, you leave Werdum in the direction of Thunum. After 1.6 km, you turn right. After 2.1 km, you cross the main road and reach Wallum, some little houses and a farm surrounded by beautiful scenery. You continue through the fields of Ostfriesland, passing by meadows and fields. After 4.1 km, you arrive at the cozy village of Nordwerdum. Recharge your energy at the small country café. You leave Nordwerdum on your left and turn right onto the country road after 5.1 km, heading back towards Werdum. After 6.5 km, you turn right again.
