Izmailovsky Park – bike path through Losiny Ostrov (inner Moscow part) – Losiny Ostrov beyond the MKAD (a complete mess! but you won't get bored). Warning! Along the stream and canal on the trail there are treacherous patches of sand, where you can unexpectedly skid even at low speed. The part beyond the MKAD is better to ride on a full-suspension bike and after one or two weeks of dry weather. Even then... :))) When I rushed there on a CUBE SL Cross 2013, it was a pure adventure, not recommended to repeat. And stock up on insect repellent. If something happens to your bike, you won't be able to get out on foot — they'll eat you alive.
