Gemütliche Samstagstour

Slowly warming up through the Hardtwald. Up to the Saalburg, then across the forest highway almost to Sandplacken. Always along the red-marked cross-country skiing trail to the Red Cross, it's fun to follow the overgrown paths. From there, a steep descent along the European hiking trail Flensburg-Genoa until the second opportunity on the left. There, follow the hiking trail sign with the white circle. At Zacken, enjoy the beautiful view before heading down into the Weiltal valley. In Schmitten, carry the bike up the steps and then head towards Dorfweil. From there across the fields to Anspach and past Gestüht to the open-air museum. Back over the Saalburg to the Celtic ring walls of Gickelsburg from where it almost goes downhill all the way.
