Percorso sulla costiera calabrese. Senz'altro bello con grande varietà dii coste. Scarsi i dislivelli. Da questo percorso base, avendo tempo e voglia possono dipanarsi ovviamente altri percorsi che vanno nell'entroterra collinare e montano. La Catena Costiera e poi il Pollino, la SIla e lAspromonnte. Queste montagne che non superano i 2000 mt (solo il Pollino è a 2300 mt) offrono salite di 15 - 25 km con dislivelli medi del 7-8%. Volendo si può attraversa la calabria facendo il coast to coast.
