About This Route

This is one of the favorite loops of cyclists that ride with the Stelvio Experience group. Starting from our Stelvio Experience Bicycle Cafe we climb Stelvio from Bormio side until 3,5 kms from the top. A quick left turn and we are at the Passo Umbrail where the descent to S.Maria starts. 21 kms to reach Prato Stelvio village, where after a short break to restore your energy, we begin the final 24,5 kms ascent.
