About This Route

Eine ausserordentlich schöne Strecke mit vielen Abschnitten direkt an der Ostsee entlang.

Ich war etwas überrascht, dass nicht alles platt und flach ist. Bei der Strecke geht es insgesamt 560 Höhemeter Berg auf.

Die Wege sind durchweg gut, wenn auch nicht immer asphaltiert. Wenn man die Wahl hat in von Rostock nach Wismar oder von Wismar nach Rostock zu fahren, sollte man vorher schauen ob es Wind gibt und woher er kommt.

Auf den knapp 100 km gibt es gerade genug Stationen wo man Essen / Trinken kaufen kann. Gerade genug heißt, wenn man nicht in der Nähe bekannter Seebäder wie Heiligendamm ist, wird es recht dünn. Dafür gibt es Natur pur.
