Rund um das Sonntagshorn

We start the tour in Weissbach on Alpenstrasse. Right from the start we face a tough climb that at one point even forces us to push our bikes. This is followed by a short trial including brief carrying sections, then we reach the beautifully located Sellarnalm. From here we descend a steep gravel road down to Steinpass in Melleck. Over the Gsengersteig and the old Gfößerstraße to Heutal. After a hearty meal at the local alpine inn, we immediately turn right and tackle a short carrying section behind (!) the Staubfall into the Fischbach valley with a wonderful trail descent – an absolute highlight of the tour! Normally, I'm not like this, but this section should really only be ridden when there are no or very few hikers around. Otherwise, you become extremely unpopular – with good reason. Just before Laubau we turn right and ride on a gravel road past Kaitelalm to Reiteralm. The Weißbier there is unavailable – the hut has been closed since early October. From here follows another short singletrail back to Weißbach.
