About this route
An old Sunday afternoon classic. Gorge looks different in each season. Careful in the Gorge with thin wheeled bikes particularly if wet. Worthy variant: go through ntue reserve in Boudry instead of Cortailod. Flat and downhill. Bit of short climb out of Noiraigue to get into the Gorge. Worthwhile extending further back up the Gorge to Fleurier or further back still to Sainte Croix and add the Vallon de Noirvaux.
