Einzigartige MTB-WIESENWEG-RUNDE rund um Welver

Ride on a unique, flat MTB loop southeast of Hamm around Welver. More than half of the route takes you over unpaved meadows, forest, and field paths. This is unusual in this area. Only about 2 km of the tour lies on public land and district roads. Ideal for beginners of the 'mountain biking' sport as the route can be tackled 'almost' effortlessly and without technically challenging sections. Places like Osttünnen, Wambeln, Illingen, Scheidingen, Flerke, Ehningsen, Einecke(rholsen), Klotingen, Welver, and Süddinker you more or less 'leave to the left'. Enjoy especially in spring when the rapeseed blooms, or on clear days, the beauty of this otherwise seemingly unremarkable landscape. In Welver, the route leads directly past the small 'MTB PARCOUR' for 'flight-enthusiast' knobby tire riders... Stop by to see how the youth practice stunts in the air, or try it yourself... One more word about the meadow paths... If they have not been mowed yet, some sections can be harder to ride... The grass can stand as high as the bottom bracket on the paths...
