Osann Panoramastrasse

Starting from Osann, we climb moderately to Klausen and towards Piesport continuing along the ridges. Shortly after the beginning of the descent, we have the first fantastic view of the Moselle loop at Piesport. 200 meters after the parking lot, we turn left onto the panoramic road. Here, on the way down to the Pestkapelle or Minheim, we have more views of the Moselle, Hunsrück, and Vulkaneifel. Following the Moselle, we go to Mülheim and back to Osann.

MOSEL-SAAR: CYCLING TOUR   Starting from Osann, we climb moderately to Klausen. Here, visiting the pilgrimage church and its surroundings is recommended. Continuing slightly uphill towards Piesport until reaching the ridges. Shortly after the beginning of the descent, we have the first fantastic view of the Moselle loop at Piesport. 200 meters after the parking lot, we turn left onto the panoramic road. Here, on the way down to the Pestkapelle or Minheim, we have more views of the Moselle, Hunsrück, and Vulkaneifel. Following along the Moselle, between Wintrich and Brauneberg, we pass by a walnut avenue. At the beginning of October, one can harvest abundantly here.  Returning through Mülheim and Maring Noviand back to Osann.
