A challenging loop that after about 6 km of warm-up begins with climbs around 10%. After a fast and difficult asphalt descent, you reach the Helmerother Mill where you must shoulder your bike and cross the Nister via a suspension bridge. Afterwards, there is a very steep 15% climb through the forest to Eng, continuing uphill to the highest point at the windmills before Gebhardsheim on the way to Fensdorf and then Selbach, followed by a fast descent and finally the last climb (14%) that nearly ends in Kirchseifen. The last 2 km are then a relaxing 'roll downhill'.
