About This Route

Eine anspruchsvolle Runde nach ca. 6 km einrollen geht es schon mit ca 10% Steigungen los. Nach einer rasanten und schwierigen Asphaltabfahrt erreicht man die Helmerother Mühle wo man sein Rad schultern muß und über eine Hängebrücke die Nister überquert.Anschließend geht es sehr steil 15% durch den Wald nach Eng um weiterhin steigend bis zum höchsten Punkt an den Windmühlen vor Gebhardsheim auf dem Weg nach Fensdorf und weiter nach Selbach einer rasanten Abfahrt und schließlich mit dem letzten Aufstieg (14%) in Kirchseifen fast schon endet.Die letzten 2 km sind dann ein erholsames "Nach hauserollen"
