Lake District 4. Etappe San Martin de los Andes - Junin de los Andes

Today's stage is short, but it makes little sense to ride further, as the next camping option comes only after another 60 km. The campsite is quite central and still quite decent, located between two rivers, and I am almost the only guest. There is time for a stroll through the very provincial-looking little town. Fly fishing is popular here, and the road signs are shaped like fish. The very modern church building catches my eye; inside, the furnishings are simple and modern. The stained glass windows depict the Christianization of the indigenous population; as in many places around the world, the Christian church also imposed its religion on the native inhabitants here.
