Schöne A8 Radtour Rohrdorf- Bernau

Depart from Rosenheim station at 13:30 on the bike path. Start the tour at the old sports field near Rohrdorf (Inn Valley) at 14:00. Into the village to the freight station, but then not on the bike path but on the road uphill to Geiging with a beautiful panoramic view. Continue paved and 200 m on the district road as a push section uphill to Apfelkam. Downhill just before the A underpass, turn left onto a field path to Achenmühle. In the village, about 1 km on the bike path and at Daxa turn onto the municipal road to Acherting on the hill and on to Laiming for a break. Continue to Frasdorf to Leitenberg with a second stop. After Umratshausen and there through small village streets to Bernau to the Gasthaus Chiemsee on Kampenwandstraße for a refreshment at 16:30. A charming, interesting tour through rolling hills near the A8 from the Inn Valley to the Chiemsee basin. Return with less elevation gain on the bike path (Lake Constance-Kings Lake) via Aschau to Rohrdorf, residents of Rosenheim could also return by train (times 18:03, 18:57, 20:03).
