E-Bike Harz: Hexentanzplatz - Lauenburg Tour ab Friedrichsbrunn

Start at the tourist information center, then proceed to the road, turn right towards Thale/Bad Suderode. At the parking lot at the town exit, turn right and immediately left to take the path to Lauenburg. After 1.3 km, follow a piece of the road, then turn left onto the path of the German Emperors and Kings. After 2 km, continue straight towards Stecklenberg. After 3 km, continue straight; the sign pointing to Stecklenberg is hidden on the back of the sign. After 3.5 km, before the shelter hut, turn right towards Stecklenburg/Lauenburg ruins. After 200 m, turn right. After 4.5 km, turn right; to the left ahead is the Small Lauenburg, a bit further the Great Lauenburg. Continue to Stecklenburg, with some short sections where you need to push your bike. From there to Stecklenberg, at Stecklenberg turn left towards the spa, pass it, and continue towards Lauenburg, leave the town and then turn right towards Thale, or alternatively return to the Small Lauenburg at Stecklenberg. After 8 km turn left towards Thale, the trail marking is a green dot. After 9.5 km reach Thale, ride along the outskirts of Thale to Stecklenberger Allee, there keep left. After 11 km at the crossroads turn left and follow the road towards Friedrichsbrunn. After 13 km, on the right side, you will see the Harz Mountain Theatre. After 14 km turn right to the mountain theatre, a short climb; from the theatre turn left towards Hexentanzplatz, pass the cable car keeping right, past the kiosks to the animal park, the marking is a yellow square with the inscription Schirmbuche/Friedrichsbrunn. Before the animal park turn left and follow the path. After 16 km cross the road and continue following the yellow square. After 17 km cross the road and continue straight. After 19 km the path ends at the road to Friedrichsbrunn; cross it, at Schirmbuche turn left towards Friedrichsbrunn. Shortly before Friedrichsbrunn turn left to the Taubentränke. After 21/26 km you reach Friedrichsbrunn, first turn right, then immediately left, cross the street and the starting point is reached.
