Not fast nor long but a series of fairly steep hills and long descents aimed to train your climbing legs (and brakes). Pine Crescent (the S loop) is a brick road which gives a nice cobblestone feel.
Pine Crescent and Scarborough Rd. are the steepest. There are several variations; if you find Scarborough too steep go up Silver Birch. Willow (South) and Beech (North) are one-way streets.
