a route of the RadSportSenioren Rheinstetten. From Rheinstetten, flat and easy through the Rhine meadows to Renchen. Rolling hills along the Badische Weinstraße to Gengenbach. The old town invites you for coffee before we pedal along the Kinzig cycle path to Haslach. From Hofstetten, it climbs through beautiful woods and meadows with gradients between 7 and 13%; the effort is rewarded with magnificent views. Downhill to Elzach to the B294 and Waldkirch, always using the cycle path. Denzlingen and Gundelfingen are further stops before the Breisgau metropolis.   A fresh pale beer at Martinstor is a must before the train takes us to Karlsruhe main station. ridden on 29.07.2009 by Wolfgang K.
