Berlin Kopenhagen Teil 2 -Bützow- 40km

After Bützow, the path to Güstrow goes over the fog across the oldest bridge made of cast and welded iron, inaugurated in 1850. The path runs along the Bützow-Güstrow Canal, an old towing route first on gravel and later on concrete slabs. Here, nature shows itself in its most beautiful splendor.

Güstrow (Barchlach city) has an excellent old town. Here it feels good to linger and quietly admire the walls.

The path now leads around Lake Inselsee towards Mühl Rosin. The path mostly stays on asphalt and far from the main roads. It traverses long stretches through dark forests, crosses country roads, and passes through fields.

After Groß Breesen, there is a signpost leading to a burial mound/grave stone, which is not worth it at all. It is overgrown, you can only see four stones, and this place does not invite you to take a break either.

The end of today's stage is in Groß Grabow at the local cultural center. For the touring cyclist, it is a very good choice as long as one is prepared for self-sufficiency.
