Genusstour zur Jägerhütter

Relaxed half-day tour with breathtaking views.

Start at Hotel Alpenblick, pass by the Kinigerhöfe towards Sexten, under the church and on to Mitterberg. From there, turn left towards Lärchenhütte and continue to Helmrestaurant. Shortly before reaching it, descend to Jägerhütte. Enjoy the stunning panorama from the terrace overlooking the Sexten mountain sundial while having a hearty snack. Then descend towards Gasthof Waldruhe and return to the starting point. Between the Jägerhütte and Gasthof Waldruhe, it is worth stopping at the Waldkapelle. The Waldkapelle is hidden in a patch of forest with a special, mystical atmosphere and served as a secret place for church services during the war.
