De la capatul drumului forestier pana in saua Terha se urca 200 m cu bikeul in spate pe cursul apei.

 

Portiunea dintre Terha si Poiana Prislop cea mai tehnica si totodata interesanta parte a traseului, pe poteca pastorala. Se poate face 100 % pe bike, cu atentie insa la coborarea din Dalbidan in Prislop.
