Tour over the seven main summits of the Rhenish Siebengebirge. From Erpel, the route goes to Unkel, then continues along the towpath on the Rhine, past the island of Nonnenwerth, to Königswinter. Through the Nachtigallental valley, it climbs to the Drachenfels (summit 1) and the Wolkenburg (2). After descending into the valley, it climbs up to the Petersberg (3) and the Nonnenstromberg (4). The highest elevation follows with the Großer Ölberg (5). It descends to Margarethenhöhe and climbs again to the Lohrberg (6). After some ups and downs comes the Löwenburg, the 7th and last main summit of the Siebengebirge. After descending into the Schmelztal valley, there is a sequence of climbs and descents to the Auge Gottes. From there, it returns to Erpel via Bruchhausen.
