Quer über die Sophienhöhe

Start is at Haus Laetitia, from there it goes over single trails through the forest to the parking lot in Stetternich and then up the steeper pedestrian ramps. Once at the top, it goes across the fruit path (I hope it's the fruit path) across Sophienhöhe and down again at the other end, at the height of Höllen. At the foot, a small distance is cycled to then climb the steep pedestrian ramps again. The route then passes the Roman Tower heading back towards Hambach.

On the way, the toboggan run in Höllen and at Hambach is taken as 'guardian', but can also be replaced by the normal path.
