About this route
In zehn Gebäuden werden im Freilichtmuseum Suhlendorf die Werk- und Arbeitsstätten verschiedenster Handwerksberufe präsentiert. Der Weg dorthin führt von der Burganlage Bad Bodenteich durch Äcker und Wälder. Ein Stück weit verfolgt er die frühere deutsch-deutschen Grenze. Der Steinbackofen in Soltendieck (1770 erbaut) und die noch intakte Kroetzmühle liegen auf der Strecke. Nutzen Sie für Ihre Pause den Rastplatz an den renaturierten Dorfteichen gegenüber der Feldsteinkirche Wieren (12 Jh.).
