Nezamyslice - Kroměříž - Hodonín, 120 km

From Nezamyslice to Morkovice-Slížany, the cycle path gently ascends, following the trackbed of a dismantled railway line. At the time of my visit, the path was closed, but I only found this out at the end. At least it explained the numerous small steps caused by planing the asphalt. To Kroměříž, you then ride only on second- and third-class roads, with traffic increasing only just before Kroměříž. There, the cycle path along the Baťa Canal begins, which will take you all the way to Hodonín. About 20% of it is also on roads, but traffic is minimal there.

Watch out for the signage in Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště, where there is quite a lot of confusion. The same applies before Rohatec.

Along the way, there are several refreshment spots; beyond Kroměříž, I recommend stopping at 'U sosny'.
