Dejar el coche en Frías al lado de rio Ebro. Hay que cruzar el puente hacia Quintana-Martin Galíndez. Al final de la subida hay las mejores vistas del castillo y pueblo de Frías. Bajando por el pueblo sigue por la BU 530 hasta el primer cruce señalizado como Gabanes a mano izquierda. Hay que ir hasta Herran donde se puede seguir un camino por el desfiladero del rio Purón. Dando la vuelta y bajando hasta Quintana-Martin Galíndez otra vez. Allí hay que encontrar la carretera que va por Montejo de Cebas y Frías donde se puede bañar debajo del puente medieval.
