Park the car in Frías next to the Ebro River. You need to cross the bridge towards Quintana-Martin Galíndez. At the end of the climb, you have the best views of the castle and town of Frías. Descend through the town, then continue on the BU 530 to the first junction signposted as Gabanes on the left. You need to go to Herran where you can follow a path along the Purón River gorge. Then turn around and descend back to Quintana-Martin Galíndez. There, you need to find the road that goes through Montejo de Cebas and Frías, where you can swim under the medieval bridge.
