Park in Cereceda and follow the BUV 5314 towards Panizares and Hoz de V. Just after leaving the village, there is a tunnel. Just before the tunnel is a spring called Fuente del Oro. Follow the road through several villages up to Puentearenas where you can swim from the shore to the bridge, the bar, and the largest neighborhood in the village. On the way back, follow the same road until a fork towards Población. Just before crossing the river, there is a path on the left which is the GR99 again. Follow it to the bridge crossing the river, cross the river there, and continue on the path to the next bridge where you can rejoin the road towards Cereceda. There are several spots for swimming in the Ebro river.
