Itzgrund 37km Rollen: Untersiemau - Gleusdorf - retour

Optimal route for simply rolling:

Untersiemau: towards Scherneck, after the bridge in Itzgrund onto the cycle path towards Bamberg<br />

Simply follow the cycle path all the way.

At Kaltenbrunn, do not follow the cycle path into the village, but go straight, then in Lahm cross the intersection back onto the cycle path.

On the way back: either the same path or west of Itzgrund via Gleusdorf & Recheldorf as indicated.

Don’t be confused by the map, the entire route along the B4 takes place on the cycle path, they are just not marked here, but are fully signposted along the route.<br />

Suitable without problems for racing bikes and everything else, continuously paved, usually good surface.
