Gyömrő-Békés

I rode along the trekking path by the Tisza river, where the top of the dyke is paved, and there is good quality asphalt and cycle path from Köröstarcsa towards Mézőberény. The dyke is unpaved on the side of the Kettős-Körös. After the ferry crossing, the condition of the surface is poor, and the road is hard to traverse. There are still short sections where the condition of the road leaves much to be desired, but in general it is not worse than what we might expect on the secondary roads.
