Rund um den Obst- und Blütengarten Rheinhessen

This tour essentially uses the 111 km route of the Budenheimer RTF. However, the approach to the route is from Saulheim/Rheinhessen to Stadecken-Elsheim. The actual RTF tour starts in Budenheim, initially along the Rhine dam on paved and concrete bike paths passing Ingelheim, heading to Gaulsheim and continuing through Ockenheim until just before Gau-Algesheim. This was the flat part. From Gau-Algesheim, it then goes uphill to Ober-Hilbersheim into the Rheinhessen hilly land. Via Sprendlingen and Wöllstein, it continues into the "Rheinhessische Schweiz" to Neu-Bamberg at Hof Iben, where we reach the farthest point from Budenheim. In slight waves, it continues over Wonsheim, Wendelsheim, Flonheim, Armsheim-Schimsheim, Wallertheim back until we have to "climb" up again at Gau-Weinheim. Through Wolfsheim (past the "Rheinhessen-Sender"), Jugenheim, Stadecken-Elsheim, Schwabenheim, Klein-Winternheim, Ingelheim, (on concrete paths through the vineyards to) Heidesheim and then back to Budenheim.
