La etapa de hoy es facil por la ma帽ana y dura por la tarde.聽
Bajamos de Mecerreyes hacia Puentedura donde se puede ba帽arse en el r铆o. Hay que salir del pueblo hacia Ura.
All铆 pasar por el pueblo hasta el ayuntamiento, entonces a mano derecha hasta la ultima casa del pueblo donde encontramos un se帽al. A Castro y all铆 esta el desfiladero del r铆o Mataviejas - muy bonito. Hay que ir con mucho cuidado y sensatez. Es ciclable en partes - la mitad o dos tercios; los demas - empujando las bicis.
En Castroceniza retomamos la carretera hasta Santiba帽ez del Val donde nos vamos a comer en la perciosa ermita de Santa Cecilia.
