Drive up to Crucea Secariei, unload your bikes and then bike down towards Secaria on the road. From the center of Secaria it's a mild climb towards Zanoaga from where the future road to Posada starts.
The ride to Posada will take you through some nice bits of forest.
Once you hit the main DN1 road again be careful crossing the bridge and then head left and under the bridge. You'll then have to carry your bikes accross the rail tracks to get to a short bit of road that follows the Prahova river. This will however help you avoid one of the nastiest bits of the DN1 curves leading from Posada into Comarnic.
