About this route
La etapa de hoy es corta, suave y muy bonita; por bosque y dos embalses. Se puede tomarla con calma y descansar despues de las etaps mas exigentes.
Hay que salir del pueblo hacia San Adrian y Salguero. En Salguero a la derecha y en quinientos metros a mano izquierda y subir al bosque. Bajando con mucho cuidado al final y encontramos la Via Verde de la Demanda al lado de la fabrica del agua. La V铆a Verde va subiendo suavamente hasta cruzamos la carretera a Urrez. Ya no nos queda mucho hasta el primer pantano. Justo en el km 16, donde hay una aparcabicis y unos bancos, se puede bajar al agua y toma un ba帽o. Despues del chapuzon hay que continuar hasta Pineda de la Sierra.- -:--
