Route to test bike and legs after a month and a half of recovery, 27.2 km in 1:54 and 2:38 in total. Test of bike 2 after switching to disc brakes. With the front wheel, I had to end up putting a tube because it was deflating, mainly due to the valve, because of the rim tape since I left the one that came with the wheel. I changed the one on the back wheel at the time without any problem. The route, flat, corresponds to a part of the one that would take almost to Torrelaguna, along both banks of the Jarama, where I would cross to the other bank to make it circular. It can be done in either direction. The river crossing, to the south, can be covered by water in winter as the river overflows. Everything seems to be in order. Now to strengthen the bum that has softened and regain the little bit of shape I had before.
