Mountainbike Tour rund um Hersbruck - "Blauer Tropfen

Route: from the station right of the Pegnitz to the station left of the Pegnitz, then to Leutenbach. From there over the Edelweishütte to the Arzbergturm. To the right of the tower is the descent towards Oberbecken. There on the dam crown to the stairs at the southeastern part. The blue drop leads over the Deckersberg car park to Hartenberg. There towards Breitenbrunn, after about 500 m left across a meadow and a beautiful trail (yellow point) to Hinterhaslach. Then to Schupf and over the Molsfeld Valley to Förrenbach. Up to Hohlen Fels with a beautiful view of the Happurger Dam. The same way back to the path, after the meadow left to Reckenberg. Shortly after the last houses, one goes down to Pommelsbrunn to the right on a difficult path, which is destroyed right at the beginning. You have to carry the bike over a break point. Alternatively, it is possible to use the path. In Pommelsbrunn, go up the Wiedstraße across from the AWO senior center. Halfway up, you can grab drinks at the Naturfreundhaus on weekends. After 2.5 km, left into the forest and up to the saddle between Leitenberg and Kreuzberg. Beautiful descent to Hubmersberg. At the Lindenhof hotel, there is another opportunity to refill drink bottles. From there, on the road about 100 m south and right on a field path to Windburg with a nice view of the Pegnitztal. Continue to Eschenbach with a challenging descent into the village. On the bike path to Alfalter up to the main road. Turn left and take the next street on the paved road to the right. After 1.1 km, left towards Kleedorf. Back to the train station in Hersbruck together with the MD path.
