About This Route

Es hat die Nacht hindurch geregnet und das Meer ist dementsprechend sehr aufgewühlt. Vom Balkon des Hotels bis zum Meer sind es nur 20 m. Am Vormittag legt sich der Regen dann und ich strample weiter in Richtung Rom. Auch heute gibt es keine Steigungen und ich genieße überwiegend Rückenwind. Bei San Paolo zwingt mich ein Regenschauer zur Einkehr in einer gemütlichen Bar. Am Nachmittag lässt sich dann auch die Sonne blicken und ich lege noch eine Pause am sturmumtosten Strand ein. Trotz einiger kleiner Regenschauer erreiche ich am frühen Nachmittag den Lido di Latina. Ein einfaches Hotel ist schnell ausgemacht und es bleibt noch Zeit, das Rad zu checken und zu reinigen. Am Abend bekoche mich einmal mehr selbst.
