Departure from Paramo (Bar Casa Manolo) downhill to San Martín via the el Oso trail, Proaza, and Quirós; climb to the Ventana pass, then descend to Paramo passing by the Foceya (the route ends at Foceya at a height with spectacular views of the valley, the return to Casa Manolo is by the track back to Foceya and then down the road).
