About This Route

Der Weg ins historische Rundlingsdorf Lüben führt durch weite Landschaften. Über mehrere kleine Orte und wenig befahrene Straßen wird der Rand des Vogel- und Naturschutzgebietes Schweimker Moor / Lüderbruch erreicht. Die vor 640 Jahren erbaute Lüderaner St. Bartholomäus-Kirche gehörte einst als Wallfahrtskirche zum Kloster Isenhagen. In direkter Nähe hat der „Riese von Lüder“ seinen Platz gefunden. Der 45 t schwere Findling ist eines der größten geologischen Objekte seiner Art in Niedersachsen.
