About this route
Cycling tour connecting all six spa towns in the Vogtland and Bohemian area. Bad Elster, Bad Brambach, Franzensbad, Bad Kynzvart, Marienbad, Karlsbad. A wonderful day trip for ambitious cyclists. One of my top 3. To Marienbad, the terrain is partially a bit challenging, but otherwise very easy, relatively flat terrain. Between Marienbad and Karlsbad, sadly, a stretch of the E49 has to be used, but this is not a problem next to the white shoulder. From Karlsbad to Eger, the new Egerradweg is used. It is easy to shorten the return journey from Sokolov, Kynsperk, or Eger.
