Von Meersburg um den Überlinger See

From the Meersburg ferry port, we cycle along the shore of Lake Constance to Ludwigshafen. Then we continue to Wahlwies, where a steep climb to Homburg (604m; 205m elevation gain) awaits us. Here you have a wonderful view of the Hegau with its volcanoes, and on the descent to Stahringen, Lake Constance with the Alps lies before us. We continue cycling towards Bodman, then turn to Liggeringen, with another small climb (130m elevation gain). Then it goes over the Bodanrück towards the Konstanz ferry port (Staad). On the last 5 km, there are about 2.5 km of gravel road through the forest, but it is also manageable with a road bike. In total, the tour accumulates 640 meters of elevation gain.
