The cycle path from Prohn into Stralsund is very well developed. Unfortunately, the path parallel to the city wall and on the other side the two ponds are rather poor! Old pavement slabs and very uneven. The section to the train station is currently being renovated. Afterwards, towards the city forest, the cycle path is very good. Through the city forest, which is difficult to ride on when the ground is soft, up to Knieper West. Along the main road (Heinrich Heine Ring) on a good cycle path up to the intersection with the Shell gas station, from there again on a swift route towards Prohn.
