Überwiegend gute asphaltierte Wege auf dem markierten Elberadweg.Um die Steigungen zwischen Neu Darchau und Meudelfitz zu umgehen, kann man in Neu Darchau per Autofähre auf die östliche Elbseite wechseln.Bei Hitzacker ist dann mit einer kleinen Personenfähre wieder auf die westliche Seite zu wechseln.Achtung:der Fährmann hilft hier nicht !! (Seltenheitswert in Deutschland) auch wenn Du noch soviel Gepäck geladen hast.
